GB3 graduates stepped onto the podium in F1 feeder series in Spain last weekend, while alumni also earned silverware on the IndyCar ladder.

Last year’s GB3 runner-up Alex Dunne claimed his first podium of the season with an excellent drive to second place in Saturday’s FIA Formula 3 Sprint Race.

The McLaren Driver Development programme youngster then backed that up with a strong seventh place in the main Feature Race on Sunday, moving the Irishman up to 14th in the standings during his rookie season.

2021 GB3 race-winner Christian Mansell claimed his third F3 podium of the season with second place in the Feature Race. The Australian is now seventh in the standings.

Kush Maini, a race winner in BRDC British F3 in 2018 and 2020 earned his third FIA Formula 2 podium in 2024 with the runner-up spot in the Sprint Race, with the Indian driver now sitting eighth in the championship.

2016 BRDC British F3 race winner Lando Norris meanwhile claimed his second Formula One pole position for the Spanish Grand Prix, and claimed second place in the race, his sixth visit to the rostrum this year, while 2014 BRDC F4 champion George Russell led the early stages of the race.

Maini’s fellow 2020 British F3 race winner Louis Foster earned his third and fourth Indy NXT wins of the current campaign as he strengthened his position at the top of the standings at Laguna Seca, while Bryce Aron, a graduate from 2021 and 2022 claimed his first Indy NXT podium.
