The GB3 Championship will benefit from a superb new television and streaming package this year, making it easier than ever before for fans, sponsors and friends and family to follow all of the action.
GB3 will run an eight-round, 24-race calendar this year, and all of the championship's races will be broadcast live as part of a major upgrade for 2022. Every race will be available to watch free of charge on YouTube, Facebook and through the official championship website.
GB3 will run primarily on the high-profile British GT bill, and race footage from those rounds will be provided by long-time series partner Hayfisher Productions. However this year’s coverage will be significantly enhanced by a new arrangement with Onside Productions, who will produce a full TV-style broadcast for all GB3 and GB4 events in the UK.
The race weekend shows will include pre-race build-ups and post-race analysis, and offer followers of each championship more depth and detail, live from the track, than ever before. The live broadcasts will also feature special pre-recorded segments, adding more compelling context to the racing this season.
Reporting from the pits and the paddock, talkSPORT presenter Jon Jackson will front the new programme. He will be joined by Lewis McGlade, an award-winning commentator best known for lending his voice to many of motorsport’s leading esports competitions.
The new relationship with Onside Productions will also ensure that live trackside coverage continues from the few rounds of GB3 and GB4 which are not part of British GT weekends.

GB3’s live offering will continue to be complemented by a dedicated, post-produced highlights show. This will move to the Sky Sports F1 channel for 2022, the same platform that is currently home to UK coverage of other major junior single-seater categories including FIA Formula 3 and FIA Formula 2.
Production of the highlights package will be overseen by Hayfisher, continuing a long-standing arrangement with MSV. The one-hour show will be aired the weekend following each event, with expert motorsport commentator David Addison guiding viewers through the action.
Founded in 1979, Hayfisher is one of the leading independent film and television production companies in the UK.
