Rodin Motorsport's Alex Ninovic was quickest in two of Thursday's three GB3 Championship test sessions on the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit, but it was the Australian's effort in the final session of the day which proved the fastest.
Ninovic's best lap of 1m53.355s was over a quarter of a second quicker than Elite Motorsport's Will Macintyre, who also set his best time in the final session.
Abbi Pulling was third overall on Thursday for Rodin Motorsport, courtesy of her 1m53.752s lap from session two, enough to put her 0.169s ahead of Hitech TGR's Deagen Fairclough, who topped session one but like most of the top-10, registered his best lap in the second test.
His teammate Keanu Al Azhari was fifth quickest, less than a tenth further behind while Argenti with Prema's Reza Seewooruthun completed the day's top-six, thanks to his time from session three.
Hugo Schwarze was the lead VRD Racing runner in seventh, just 0.017s behind and 0.031s ahead of Xcel Motorsport's Patrick Heuzenroeder.
Returnee Enzo Tarnvanichkul put his VRD Racing car inside the top-10 in all three sessions and was ninth overall, and just seven thousandths of a second ahead of JHR's Noah Lisle, who completed the top-10, which was covered by exactly nine tenths of a second.
Two more test sessions follow tomorrow (Friday) before qualifying and the first race on Saturday.
