Race one starts at 10.48 - Ninovic on pole

31 May 2025

The first GB3 Championship race of the weekend at Spa-Francorchamps is due to commence at 10.48, with Rodin Motorsport's Alex Ninovic starting from pole.

The race one grid is formed by each driver's fastest times from the first qualifying session and he'll be joined on the front row by VRD Racing's Hugo Schwarze.

Xcel Motorsport's Patrick Heuzenroeder and JHR's Noah Lisle fill row two, with Schwarze, Heuzenroeder and Lisle moving up a place each on the grid due to a three place grid penalty for Gianmarco Pradel, who had qualified second but will start fifth, following his race three incident at Zandvoort.

The top-10 on the grid is completed by Elite Motorsport's Will Macintyre, Hillspeed's Kanato Le, JHR's Kai Daryanani, Argenti with Prema's Yuanpu Cui and Xcel Motorsport's Jack Sherwood.

An eventful first qualifying session resulted in Hillspeed's Freddie Slater and Hitech TGR's Deagen Fairclough failing to set a representative lap time, and both will therefore start at the back for all three races this weekend.

The race will be streamed live via this link.
