The new Nitrous Competitions ADM Racing team has commenced its testing programme ahead of the squad’s debut in GB3 next season.
The team’s GB4 podium finisher Jason Pribyl was at the wheel of its Tatuus MSV GB3-025 car across two days at Snetterton this week, and the American was impressed with his first taste of the next step up the ladder.
“I had an incredible time out there for my first taste of GB3,” he commented. “Snetterton was the first track I drove in the UK, and I really love coming back to it in different cars.
“I feel I took to it well and felt so comfortable in the car the entire test. It’s safe to say I enjoyed it, even more than I was expecting.”
Pribyl has single-seater experience in Formula Ford and of course his full GB4 campaign, both with Gary Ward’s ADM operation, and he found the adapted well during his first GB3 experience.
“The jump in my opinion is actually quite manageable. The GB3 car has a lot more power and only a small jump in weight, but has a completely different handling style. I think that has most to do with the aero, but I found myself able to adjust and push the car early on.”
The team is a combination of David Williams’ Nitrous Competitions organisation, which also runs a multiple championship-winning Bennetts British Superbike team, and Ward’s ADM squad, which fielded a one-car entry in GB4 for Pribyl this year. For 2026, the team is expanding massively with a dual GB3 and GB4 programme running multiple cars.
“The changes are quite immediate, yes” Pribyl notes. “Gary and David are both men of action, and in racing that is a valuable skill to have.
“David is incredibly passionate about this project and is more than willing to give us the tools we need to operate at a seriously high level.
“Everything about our team last year was small, and I was even told it was charming! But we’ve already moved into our new shop, and have taken our first artic [trailer] to the GB3 test. Things are moving fast, but they are moving even smoother.”
With the team formerly a one car effort, it had to run with high efficiency, and Pribyl believes that will be of benefit when it comes to running in GB3 next year.
“Somewhere in our initial vision, this was always on the table. Over the season we all learned together how to adapt and develop a car through our one car effort, and because of that learning, we’re able to test and develop the GB3 car to a very efficient extent.
“It’s hard to believe this team formed less than a year ago and we are already expanding to this level, but it couldn’t make me happier to see them enjoying so much success.”
While Pribyl was entrusted with the team’s first GB3 run at Snetterton, the American driver is heading back home to the winter to put everything in place for his planned graduation next year.
“I’m heading back to America in less than a week, and I likely won’t be back until 2026. GB3 is my plan for next year, but it will be a vigorous off-season trying to fundraise that campaign.
“I know that Nitrous Competitions and ADM are behind me, so I’ll do everything I can with the opportunity.”
