Ninovic trebles up in Omologato One to Watch Award honours

09 October 2025

Newly crowned GB3 champion Alex Ninovic claimed his third Omologato One to Watch Award of the year at Donington Park, after another perfect score across the opening two race weekends of the year.

The Australian won the first two races of the weekend for the second event in succession, setting up his charge to title success a full round early on Sunday afternoon.

Donington was the third time the award has been won this year with a perfect score, with Hillspeed's Freddie Slater earning the prize at the Silverstone season opener.

Xcel's Patrick Heuzenroeder, Ninovic's teammate Gianmarco Pradel and Hitech's Keanu Al Azhari are the other drivers to have secured the prize watch so far this year.

2025 is the second year the award has been handed out, GB3 recipients in 2024 included John Bennett, Tymek Kucharczyk and eventual champion Louis Sharp.
