American racer Jason Pribyl will move up from the GB4 Championship into GB3 for 2026, with the Nitrous Competitions ADM Racing team.
The 20-year-old is no stranger to the team, having completed last year’s GB4 campaign with Gary Ward’s squad in its ADM guise, with a podium at Silverstone in just his sixth race being a major highlight. He now re-joins the team, as it too moves up to GB3 for the first time.
Pribyl, who hails from Chicago, had previously contested the United Formula Ford Championship in 2024, finishing as runner-up with two wins and five podiums, while also taking on the Walter Hayes Trophy and Formula Ford Festival events.
He also has three previous years of single-seater racing to count on, all in the USA, including the F1600 Championship Series in 2020, and was Formula Enterprise 2 champion the following season, before taking the runner-up spot in SRF3 in 2023.
Following the conclusion of last year’s GB4 campaign, Pribyl has sampled the team’s GB3 machinery with tests at Snetterton, and will return to the UK for pre-season testing in the coming weeks.
Jason Pribyl: "For me it's the obvious decision to stay with Gary and ADM for 2026. With such little infrastructure last year, we were able to accomplish some incredible things, and now with the support of David and Nitrous Competitions, we'll be a force in GB3. The car really excites me, and I'm looking forward to racing it with the upgrades and the incredible calendar."
Team Principal Gary Ward: "We’re really pleased that Jason has opted to stay with us, as we all get ready for our first year in GB3, and he has shown a lot of promise in testing so far. Obviously the team has changed a lot since the end of the season, but by retaining Jason we’re moving up with a driver we know really well, and we’re very confident that he’ll make an accomplished step up to the next level with us."
Team Co-owner David Williams: "Jason made a lot of progress in GB4 last year, was keen to move up to the next level, and it makes a lot of sense for us all to step up to GB3 together. We’re excited by his potential, last year was his first proper year in slicks and wings racing, and considering his lack of European experience, delivered some very strong results. We’re looking forward to seeing more progress during the new season."
