Race two starts at 11.10 local time - Bedrin on pole

05 July 2026

The second GB3 Championship race of the weekend is due to start at 11.10 CEST, with championship leader Nikita Bedrin on pole.

The starting formation for the second race is formed by each driver's quickest laps from the second qualifying session, and the VRD Racing contender lapped the Hungaroring in a 1m34.601s, the quickest GB3 lap ever seen at the circuit.

Having finished second in race one, Bedrin now has the chance to go one better, with race one winner Deagen Fairclough starting alongside him on the front row.

Rodin's local hero Martin Molnar will look to make amends for his fourth place from pole in race one yesterday, he starts from third alongside teammate Abbi Pulling, another driver looking for a big score after crashing out of the opening contest.

The third Rodin of Maxim Rehm went from ninth to the podium yesterday, so the German will fancy his chances today, while Xcel's Lucas Fluxa launches from sixth.

Kyuho Lee (Elite), Peter Bouzinelos (Hillspeed), Rowan Campbell-Pilling (Xcel) and Jacob Micallef (Hitech) complete the top-10 on the race two grid.

The race will again be live streamed, click here to watch, with coverage set to commence 20 minutes before the race start time.
