The race start procedure for the first GB3 Championship race of the weekend has been abandoned due to constant heavy rain at Spa-Francorchamps this morning.
An attempt was made to start the contest behind the safety car, but the race was red flagged during the first lap, with conditions deemed too unsafe to continue by race control.
As per GB3 regulations, race two this afternoon will instead be held as race one, and carrying over the grid formation with Abbi Pulling on pole. Race three tomorrow will become race two with Nikita Bedrin on pole. More updates will follow.
