Rodin Motorsport's Abbi Pulling set the fastest time in the second practice session of the day at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, while three of the weekend's debutants placed inside the top-10.
Pulling's best time of 1m33.531s came just before red flags ended the session with a car in the gravel at turn four with just over three minutes remaining, and that was enough to put her 0.074s ahead of VRD's Patricio Gonzalez, who climbed up the order from third in FP1 this morning.
The Mexican's teammate and championship leader Nikita Bedrin completed the top-three runners, having held top spot himself late on.
Next up was JHR Developments' debutant Lewis Wherrell. The British F4 front-runner was just over a tenth of a second away from a place inside the top-three, as he gears up for his first weekend in GB3, and also topped the session towards the end.
Rodin's Martin Molnar was next up in fifth, 0.024s ahead of Hitech's Deagen Fairclough, while Wherrell's teammate and fellow newcomer Thomas Ingram Hill was seventh, and less than half a second behind the eight-time GB3 race-winner.
Theo Palmer was the third newcomer to move into the top-10, the Hitech driver was 0.029s behind Ingram Hill and 0.080s clear of Hillspeed's Dante Vinci, who was another to top the times.
The third Hitech of Yuhao Fu was a tiny 0.001s behind and completed the top-10, which was covered by 0.686s, while the top-12 were within a second.
Bedrin's lap of 1m32.674s remains the fastest of the week so far, with one more session remaining at 16.20.
