GB3 race winners Reza Seewooruthun and Keanu Al Azhari will move up to the FIA Formula 3 Championship in 2027.
British driver Seewooruthun, who scored a dominant victory at the Hungaroring in 2025, will race with Rodin Motorsport in the F1-support category next year.
The now 20-year-old finished fifth overall in GB3 in 2025, taking four podiums in addition to his Hungary victory, which stands as the second biggest winning margin in the series history, at over 16 seconds.
He moved on to race in the Formula Regional European Championship with Rodin this year, where he was again a podium finisher, and he stays with the Farnham-based squad for his next step in single-seaters.
"I'm proud to be staying with Rodin Motorsport as I move into Formula 3 next year," he said. "It's an honour to make that step with a team I trust. I’m excited for this next chapter, but the next few months are focused on hard work before we get to the season opener."
Al Azhari meanwhile, claimed his GB3 victory at Silverstone, just a couple of races after Seewooruthun's triumph, and also claimed four other podiums as he finished sixth overall in 2025.
He's stayed with Hitech for this year, and continued his successful career by winning the Eurocup-3 Winter Series at the start of the campaign, with a big margin to the rest of the field. He secured two wins and five further podiums in the nine race mini series.
The 18-year-old Emirati has won three more times in the main Eurocup-3 season, and sits third in the current standings.
“I am proud and honoured to continue my journey with my family at Hitech as we step up together into the 2027 FIA Formula 3 Championship," Al Azhari said.
“To become the first driver from the UAE to compete in FIA Formula 3 is a milestone I carry with immense pride. Representing my nation at this level is the greatest honour, and I'm humbled by the support of the UAE behind me. I hope this journey inspires the next generation of drivers across our region to dream without limits.”
