Hitech GP is an established team from the international F3 scene which made its GB3 Championship debut in 2020.
Hitech has run a number of this series former competitors on the international scene, including 2017 champion Enaam Ahmed and current Williams F1 driver George Russell who won the championship when it was known as BRDC F4. The squad also operate in the F1-supporting FIA F3 and FIA F2 categories.
The team made an instant impression in their first BRDC British F3 season, running Kush Maini close to the championship after taking three wins and nine additional podiums, while in his first full season of racing, Reece Ushijima was an immediate podium finisher.
Expanding to three cars for 2021, the team challenged for the title with Ushijima, powered Sebastian Alvarez to victory at Snetterton while Bart Horsten was a regular podium finisher and pole contender.
