RACE LAB enters GB3 with a strong pedigree in sports car racing, including a two-year stint in the British GT Championship from 2023, and were Pro-Am champions in their debut season.
The team, headed up owner Lee Frost, and acclaimed international GT racer Euan Hankey, has also competed in European GT4 events and the McLaren Trophy series in recent years.
“As a team we’re very excited to be racing in single-seaters for the first time. My own racing career began in UK single-seaters, so it will be nice to be in that sort of paddock again and amongst some familiar faces I’m sure. While it’s our first time in GB3, we have plenty of collective experience to fall back on, and I’m confident we can give a good showing of ourselves as we evaluate future options for the team.”
