Hitech is a championship-winning team competing at the highest levels of junior single-seater racing, including FIA Formula 2, FIA Formula 3, F1 Academy, British championships including GB3 and British F4, as well as multiple regional championships worldwide.

Founded in 2015 and based at Silverstone, Hitech has a proven track record of nurturing drivers who advance to the very highest levels of motorsport. The team’s notable alumni include several drivers currently competing in or testing for Formula 1 teams, underscoring Hitech’s role as a critical stepping stone to the pinnacle of racing. The team made its GB3 debut in 2020 and quickly became a title contender. In 2022, Hitech secured both the Drivers’ and Teams’ Championships with Luke Browning , and remained front-runners again in 2023 and 2024, with Alex Dunne and Tymek Kucharczyk narrowly missing out on taking the crown. 

With a full technical and performance capability – including advanced simulation and engineering – Hitech provides a professional environment on par with the highest levels of motorsport.

For the 2025 GB3 season, the team fields British F4 Champion Deagen Fairclough, Keanu Al Azhari, and Nikita Johnson, continuing its mission to develop the next generation of race winners.
