Oliver Stewart joins McKenzy Cresswell and Ayato Iwasaki in Elite Motorsport's three-driver GB3 line-up for the 2023 season.
The 16-year-old from Beauly, near Inverness, graduates from the British F4 Championship. He finished 10th overall in the series last year, and was third in the rookie standings in his first full year out of karting, taking a race win at Thruxton, a fastest lap and two pole positions. In the rookie category, he recorded 20 podiums, including four wins from the 30 races.
Prior to graduating from cars, Oliver placed second in the IAME Warriors X30 Junior Final, won the British LGM Junior X30 Championship and British Kartmasters, and was the only UK driver selected for the Richard Mille Young Driver Academy shoot-out.
