Biography

Reigning British F4 champion Louis Sharp will remain with the Rodin Motorsport team as he graduates to the GB3 Championship in 2024.

The New Zealand racer has been a force to be reckoned with since getting behind the wheel of a single-seater, and took championship honours last year in the British F4 Championship. Backed by Rodin Cars, the strong working relationship continues into the upcoming season.

Sharp’s trajectory in motorsport has been impressive, since first joining the team at the start of 2022.  Sharp was too young to participate in the opening round of that year’s campaign, but despite this disadvantage, the rookie used all his talent to claim two victories and tally up an impressive amount of points to finish fourth overall.

Bringing that experience into a sophomore season with the team, Sharp made his intentions clear from the very start. A total of six wins, 14 podiums and two pole positions later, Sharp was crowned the British F4 Champion at the final round.

Now moving up to GB3 for 2024, he remains with the squad which powered Callum Voisin to the title in 2023. Sharp looks to put all of his experience to good use around the British tracks he is already familiar with, and will have new circuits in Europe to contend with as he heads to Spa, Zandvoort and the Hungaroring as part of the exciting 2024 package.
